This note provides an overview of Poland's economic, political and administrative framework for EU Cohesion policy, as well as of its National Strategic Reference Framework for the period 2007-2013. The paper also gives an insight into the Polish position on the future of Cohesion policy and the priorities of the EU Presidency from 1 July - 31 December 2011.
