The latest Panorama Magazine issued by the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) features an interview with Elzbieta Bienkowska, Poland’s Minister of Regional Development. Here are some of Poland’s plans for setting-up the management of Structural and Cohesion funds for the period 2014-2020.

The European Commission presented each Member States with a Position Paper on the development of EU-financed programmes for 2014-2020. In the case of Poland a number of four priorities have been identified: 1) Modern network for growth and jobs; 2) Innovation-friendly business environment; 3) Increasing labour - market participation; and 4) Environment-friendly and resource efficient economy.
