Like all other EU countries, Maltese authorities are holding a public consultation on the programming period 2014-2020. The consultation document published by the Maltese Planning and Priorities Coordination Division provides information of the current situation of Malta and its strategic direction for 2014-2020. The draft Partnership Agreement for the programming period 2014-2020 of the Czech Republic has been published on the Website of the Czech Ministry of Regional Development. The document is under public consultation. It document describes the country's main challenges and strategy for 2014-2020. It also includes the indicative list of operational programmes and their complementarity with other EU funding sources, as well information on ex-ante conditionalities, simplification and measures for effective implementation.

According to a press release issued by the Hungarian Ministry for Economy on 9 July 2013, the European Commission approved the first draft of Hungary's Partnership Agreement for the period 2014-2020. Hungary plans to spend around 60% of its allocated resources on economic development.
'The largest amount, an expected 1,200 billion forints (4bn EUR), will be spent on boosting employment', twice as much as in the current generation of programmes (2007-2013). Further 1,100 billion forints will be spent on improving the competitiveness of SMEs. Hungarian authorities plan to submit the Partnership Agreement to the European Commission in November 2013. The Partnership Agreement and the operational programmes are expected to be approved in the first quarter of 2014.
